The Parent-Teachers Association of Sree Sankara College Kalady is meticuluously conducting Merit day, named as “MIKAVU”, every year to recognize and honour the outstanding achievements of students in academics, arts, and sports. This year also Mikavu was conducted with due fervour and pride. The event aimed to encourage students to strive for excellence and to appreciate their hard work and dedication. Students who secured top positions in various classes and examinations were honoured for their exceptional academic performance. Special awards were presented to subject toppers and overall rank holders. Their achievements reflect their perseverance, discipline, and commitment to learning. Students who excelled in arts and sports competitions at district, university and state levels were also felicitated. Their creativity and talent brought recognition to the institution and inspired fellow students to explore their artistic abilities.

In addition to students, teachers who secured PhD during the academic year 2024-25 were also honoured. Dr. Vrinda S. Punnakkal, Dr. Evan Kurian and Dr. Saranya P were felicited on obtaining their Doctoral degrees.
