This cell takes care of all the assistance required by the students admitted under special categories.
Objective
To facilitate the privileges and rights of students admitted under reserved categories, such as Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Castes (OBC) and minorities.
Functions
- Conduct of awareness classes on the financial assistances and other opportunities provided by the government, non-government organisations, philanthropes, etc
- To assist the students in applying for various grants and assistances
- To facilitate the students to avail skill training programmes offered by various organisations
