Association Inauguration Programme

 

On 3rd September 2024, the Department of Environment Science and Management conducted an Association inauguration meeting. The name of the association ‘ENVISAGA’ and Logo design were presented in the meeting.  The department is committed in advancing knowledge and solutions for a sustainable future, educating the next generation of environmental leaders and engages with communities to promote environmental stewardship.

The programme was addressed by the Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Anilkumar M and was inaugurated by Sri P K Ramachandran, Rtd. Joint Rubber production commissioner and former district co-ordinator of Kerala State Biodiversity Board.

The students of the department got an insight on the present day need to protect the environment. The protection activities that can be incorporated in our day to day lives for a sustainable future was also discussed in the meeting.
